When can I expect my order?

Where can I track my order?

An email with the tracking information and a link to monitor the progress of your shipment will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, please e-mail the updated address to hello@chargifyus.com.

Please include your order number and correct address.

Once the order ships, we can no longer change the address. You will have to contact the shipping company directly. If this is the case, contact our support team and, they will assist you. 

Can I cancel my order?

All cancelation requests must be made asap. Once you've received the e-mail stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To submit a cancellation request, please e-mail hello@chargifyus.com, contact us through chat or social media. Please include your order number and name. 

I'm having trouble with my device can you help?

Do you have the right plug for your charger?
It's important to know that some chargers need a Quick Charge 3.0 plug, while others require a USB C Power Delivery plug. If you use the wrong plug, the charger won't work.

Is your charger compatible with your devices?

We have a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days to request a return.

What do I do if my shipment arrived damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with a photo or video if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What payment method do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as our payment method. Since we’re just starting our small business, we're keeping things simple for now, but we plan to add more options soon!
